I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with your AT&T login!
Did you recently combine your account?
Typically you are given a new login in those situations, which could be the root of the confusion, however you should be able to access both accounts from such a login ID.
You can also retrieve lost user IDs/passwords here if needed!
