I am sorry you are having trouble finding how to reset your security passcode. I can help you with that!

If you forgot the security passcode on your wireless account, you can reset it online. This passcode is different than your myAT&T login password.

You need to try logging in to your myAT&T account using the myAT&T app1 or from ourmobile site to complete these steps.

Unable to log in
To reset a forgotten security passcode when extra security is enabled on your account:

1. At login, select Forgot passcode?
2. Complete the screens to enter and submit your new security passcodeinformation.

Able to log in
To reset a forgotten security passcode when extra security is not enabled on your account:

1. Tap Continue to account details > menu. Or tap menu.
2. Tap Profile> Login information.
3. If you have more than one account, tap the wireless account.
4. Scroll down and tap Manage wireless passcode > Change my wireless passcode >Forgot passcode?
5. Complete the screens to enter and submit your security passcode information.
