Re: Why aren't my individual usage details showing all my text messages anymore?

I understand that, that's the only explanation I keep getting. It's obvious something has changed recently because I use to see most all the text messages sent and received regardless of how they were sent. Now I only see the same certain phone numbers only. Everyone on my plan use to see even when we text each other on IMessage but not anymore and the only thing you want to do is explain how messages are sent. Something's changed with the usage details and nothing's changed with how we text.

This would be as a result as a change on YOUR phones, not at AT&T.

I'm confident, as AT&T has no idea when Messages sends an iMessage (with the blue bubbles) from iPhone to iPhone (because that's secure), AT&T has no way to see this to keep track of it in the usage details other than data used.

You can disable this feature on your phone by going into the settings, but I'm not sure why you'd turn it off (see below).

iPhone to iPhone messaging has been this way for years. Perhaps you had the feature off and an APPLE software update turned it back on.  You should be able to look and see when this changed from your history at AT&T or scroll through your Messages, bubble colors for texts (green) are different for iMessages (blue).  It be interesting if you can narrow it down to a date.

FYI, your kids will want it on, especially with this latest update they added super fun features.

The kids have dozens of other ways to do text-like chatting: facebook, what's app, skype and who knows what else. So if they don't want to be monitored they're pretty unstoppable these days.
