Hey @mamallama!

 

I definitely apologize for the trouble you’re having with logging into your myAT&T account online! Are you trying to log in on a PC or through the app on the phone itself?

 

There is a bit of troubleshooting you can do. You are able to recover your information if you forgot it whether it be the username, password, or both. To update this information, follow the steps below:

 

  • If you forgot your ID– You can use our process to find your ID based on your email address or account information.
  • If you forgot your password– Our process to reset your login password lets you set up a new password.

 

 

If your AT&T email address is the same as the user ID you use on att.com to manage your accounts, remember that resetting your email password also changes your login password on att.com.
 

If you are still in need for additional information, you can click on Troubleshoot logging in to myAT&T.
