I definitely apologize for you feeling this way! I can understand the frustration you’re feeling, especially with constantly needing to make changes to the account password and it not working for you.
Before going through the process of resetting the password and getting the temporary one in your email, I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of your Internet browser in case it is trying to access a broken link. To get a new password reset for your account online, you can visit the AT&T online article or contact 877-267-2859 for our Digital Assistance Center.
