The myAT&T application is super helpful, my apologies for all the trouble you’ve run into since your recent account change!

 

Are you able to login and manage things normally online? If not, then your user ID may not be the primary one, or no longer connected to the account.

 

You can retrieve lost User IDs here. If it’s not linked any longer you can get that going again for you by logging in and heading to myAT&T>Profile> Link My AT&T Accounts at the top of the page.

 

We definitely don’t want you to fall behind on payments because of this inconvenience. Here’s a great page that will guide you through many alternatives we have available.
