My sincerest apologies for any frustration this Plenti linking issue is causing you! I have to admit that it is very strange to find your Plenti account linked with another phone number. Rest assured, I’ll do everything I can to help you out here!
From everything you mentioned, it definitely sounds like it should be all setup and good to go. You mentioned that the last four digits of your Plenti account are exactly the same, but are you 100% certain the rest of the numbers are accurate? It’s not unheard of for a few accounts to share the same or similar ending digits. Also, is that 477 number one that should be on your account? Final question: is that 477 showing on your AT&T account online, or on your Plenti account?
