I can definitely help you out with the account passcode, that’s a quick fix! The security passcode helps protect your wireless account in a retail store, online, or on the phone with AT&T. It is going to be different from your myAT&T login password.
- AT&T requires a passcode for all wireless accounts as part of our ongoing commitment to account security.
- Passcodes are a unique identifier for accessing your account and can be changed as needed.
You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account to complete these steps and change the wireless security password. Once this is done, it will allow you to continue with any changes on the account.
- Go to myAT&T > Profile.
- If you have more than one account, choose Select and pick the wireless account.
- Under the Security Passcode section, select Edit my passcode.
- Enter and save your passcode information.
