Your myAT&T account is a great way to keep up with your account and I understand the frustration when you’re having issues getting it set up. I would be more than happy to help get this resolved for you!
Are you getting a message that states there is already an Access ID connected to your phone number? You can visit att.com/myatt and select the “Forgot ID? | Forgot password?” link and complete the prompts to recover the ID.
Once you recover the information, you should be able to log in online.
