I do apologize, I hate being overcharged too. I would love to help you resolve this. Thank you so much for reaching out to our forum!

 

Have you set up your myATT account online yet? You can easily view, manage, and pay your bills online without having to pay the convenience fee through the IVR.

 

If you have been getting overcharged, you will be able to see it on your online account, or your myAT&T application. You would have account credit which can be used when you pay your next bill!
