I am so sorry to hear you are having trouble logging into your myAT&T account when you are traveling out of the country. I will be more than happy to help you out today!
We do take account security very seriously and want to ensure our customer’s information is safe. AT&T has taken some steps the past few months to secure information when accessing the account from overseas. There are still some issues occurring with the login portal but we are working hard to find a resolution.
In the meantime, you can always contact our international customer care number at +1.314.925.6925 to make account changes at any time.
Another option, if you use Chrome for your browser, is enabling a proxy which goes through Google servers before reaching the final webpage. Some customers have had success enabling this proxy and are able to login to their account. You can find a guide for this here.
