I have had my phone through AT&T for over a year and for the whole time I have been trying to create an online account. Every single time, it tells me to enter the validation code but never sends me one. I have called & never got a solution, tried resending the code close to a hundred times, & nothing. Pretty disappointed AT&T! This makes me want to switch to a different network. I work at night & sleep during the day, & would love to not have to stay awake after work to pay a bill. Get it together guys!!!!
