Hello Anabel,
You responded to me previously, and I explained the problem I'm having with AT&T no longer accepting my Chase card because there was some 'misunderstanding' that it had been used in a 'fraudelent' manner, even though I've spoken with my bank several times about this matter, and been told that there has NOT been any fraudulent activity on my card, and no reason why you shouldn't continue to accepting it!
I've been going back and forth with you and other cusomter service representatives on this forum, and am very frustrated that no one at AT&T is willing to 'resolve' this matter. I have now been without service for over two weeks! The AT&T supervisor I spoke with about this problem initially a few weeks ago is Daniel, a supervisor, ID #1005, phone number 1-800-901-9878.
I would REALLY appreciate it if you, or someone, could tell me why this matter has not been resolved. If it isn't resolved soon, I am going with another carrier!
