Switched From GoPhone to Regular......

I switched my GoPhone acct to a regular AT&T acct. And, I've been trying to register. When registering, it's asking me for my Billing Acct Number. I don't have it. And, I'm wanting to check my Data Plan. How can I register to do what I need without a number I don't have?
