Try dialing *DATA# on your keypad for the data.
It seems to me you can't register for the first week or so because they haven't set everything up for your on-line account yet. Trying to recall from when I did it. I did get an e-mail with my account number confirming my set up (the day I did it or the next day).
If it's been a week call them and they should give you the account number if you don't get an e-mail.
