I just bought a prepaid AT&T cell phone number.
When I go to the webite of "pay as you go online" to manage my accout,
I can not edit my personal profile in options of state and the country.
They do not provide any selection.
Based on pass discusses, someone suggests that it may be available by changing OS language as Spanish.
Besides changing OS language, is there any method to deal with this problem?
OS: win xp home edition SP3
