I have. They refered me to a combative escalated helpdesk that could not understand that I was unable to create the my att user. they insisted that all I needed to do was recover my password, and when that didn't work as I had no my-att user set up, referred me to a technical helpdesk who was busy, who was supposed to call me back within 4 hours. this was of course on dec 27. still waiting.
