I know the importance of being able to manage your account online. I will be my pleasure to help you register!

 

I understand you have tried registering via the App on your phone and through our website. May I ask if you receive any error message besides the spinning wheel symbol?

 

We have received reports of users having this issue, and what seems to resolve the problem is clearing the cache and cookies on your computer or trying a different browser. Also, if you are using Wi-Fi to set up the app, you can try turning Wi-Fi off and complete the process using your cellular data.
