Not being able to view your account is definitely troublesome! Let’s see if we can’t get access back for you!
Are you currently the account holder? Do other people have access to your account? If you are not the account holder, you would need for them to give you access to the account to view more than just your profile. If you are the account holder and other people have access to your account, they may have accidentally made their profile the primary. I recommend using the Forgot ID link on the myAT&T page, to ensure you are using the correct ID.
