It sounds to me like the connection is being interrupted or slow. The best way to proceed from here will be to clear your cache settings on your internet browser. No need to worry the process is very simple; all you have to do is access your browser settings. This should be either on the left or right top corner of the screen while browsing the web and it looks like a little gear. Please click on it, this will display further options. After select internet options, this will take you to a new menu. Lastly, please select delete. This will delete everything slowing your internet down.
