What a terrible situation to be in. Having to reset your accounts’ passwords every time you want to use one of our apps would quickly get old; and it’s not conducive to the “set and forget” experience we want you to have with our services! I can help you get this corrected in no time, hopefully before the next time you need to use your logins!
The next step would be to link your DirecTV and AT&T’s account under on login. This will ensure only one login is needed to access both services. After this is done, we might need to uninstall and reinstall the apps on your device in order to clear the cache, since it might interfere with your ability to login. If this doesn’t work, we can look into de-linking them completely, so bot accounts operate as completely separate services.
