The myAT&T App is a great way to pay your bill, manage you usage, and even shop online, so I completely see how having it run slow would be a pain! I would be more than happy to help try and get it working properly for you.
Checking if the application has any updates can be a great way to ensure it is running as it should. Most updates include performance enhancements to help boost the productivity of the app.
Removing the application, and re-adding it, can fix any potential glitches or issues which may be causing it to have a slow response when in use. We have developed an excellent tool called our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. It can help walk you through some of the troubleshooting steps for your specific device. Just select your make and model, and select Apps to begin!
