Being able to view your bill is so important. I am sorry you are having this problem. It would be a pleasure to help you out!

 

It sounds as if the login you are using is not the primary for the account. It could be a secondary login, with restricted options.

 

You can always check to ensure the user ID you are using is correct by heading to the log in page and clicking on the Forgot ID. From there it should give you the user ID for the account. Our fantastic support article can walk you through solutions to our most common login issues.
