1. The only people who have the passcode are me and my husband. No, my
daughter did not have the passcode.
2. Bryan, the branch manager, is the person who violated policy so speaking
with him about my grievance is not a formal complaint.
3. The branch manager did not have authorization to change my passcode.
4. I would be A LOT less frustrated if someone from AT&T would show
concern for the way branch managers handle people walking in off the street
and making changes to my account. Bryan was wrong and I hope this doesn't
happen to anyone else.
5. This forum setting for complaints is not productive. If I wanted to
have everyone off the street giving their opinion I would have put this on
social media. I only wanted to speak to ONE customer service
representative about what happened so it could be formally addressed.
