The first thing we want to identify is if this problem occurs using both the myAT&T app and the website. If it occurs with both methods, do you receive any error messages? Also, have you tried resetting your User ID or Password?
I recommend to clear cache and cookies on your browser or utilize a different browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you can try Google Chrome or Firefox.
A great step you can try to fix application errors is to uninstall the app and re-install it. This way you get the newest version.
