Combining all your accounts is a way to make one easy payment! I will be more than happy to help!
We have an amazing article which has details and information on combined billing! I can also provide another great article on how to combine your accounts, but here are the main steps:
- Visit the multi-account login page, and then log into the accounts you have now
- Once you have logged into all your accounts, under Do you have another account?, select No, continue
- Confirm your home address and select Check Availablitity
- It’ll show you which services you can bundle with the ones you already have. Do one of the following:
- Combine services you already have: Select Get Started on the Combine your bills tile, verify the information we have on file for your account and select Submit Order
- Adding new service: Pick the package which fits you best and select Add to Cart.
- Follow the steps to complete your order. It will show which accounts you’ll see on your new bill when you get to the Cart Summary page in the checkout process.
For your wireless account, have you created a myAT&T account for it? If you haven’t, please try creating one using your phone number to gain access to your wireless account. This will be the best way to find information for your wireless account.
