Who is Milky Magoo? This is the kind of response I get from ATTCares?
We switched from V 12/26/16 and we have not been able to get into our
account yet, nor a single bill statement until last week after over 20
hours of calls and chats and 4 visits to stores. How hard is it. I just
want to get into our account and see what i am being charged. I get emails
saying what we owe, but when we go to the link it shows our 5 lines and
data usage but a $0 balance saying we don't owe anything and when you click
on the statement it says they are busy preparing it and will email me when
it is ready. It's been over 3 months!!!
