I got my new phone from at&t a couple weeks ago. I have no received a bill and have not gotten around to downloading the bill pay app. Mostly because I do not have my account number. So my phone gets shut off for not paying my bill. Okay no biggie I repay it to restore the service after paying it said that I should have service in a few minutes. I wait and wait and wait. It has now been almost 7 hours and my phone still will not turn on. Okay so I try to create an account. Get locked out. Try to start a chat with at&t - the page doesn't load. Try calling and they gave me another number to call from another phone. It is 2017 no one has home phones anymore and my finances phone is disconnected as well. Try wifi calling and it says contact at&t... well I really wish I could. So my options are now to either drag my toddler out of the house to have at&t fix the problem or go without service. Super glad I made the switch. No wonder all the reviews are so bad. Wish I read them first.
