LGN0817 Error and VERY frustrated

I have now spoken to 6 different people at AT&T and have been in-store and not one person can fix the problem. I am a new customer and have registered my online account but have never been able to log in. Didn't know when my bill was due or even how much, let alone the breakdown of it. I just found out last night that my bill is due in 4 days, and that was only after going into the store and the very nice employee printed out a copy of my bill for me and sign me up for auto pay since I can't obviously do that for myself.

I have tried using 2 different computers, my at&t app and using my Kindle but still no luck. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, cleared all cookies from the computers but still always with the same error message. I've talked with people over the phone and live-chat and every time I speak with someone new and we ALWAYS begin the same process all over again (change my password, now for the 10th time, etc.), and always end up with the same result.. We're going to have to create a case and send it over to another department and they will give you a call tomorrow to work on it. And NO ONE ever calls me back. I am at work until 5pm est M-F and can not talk on the phone while at work. They don't seem to understand that either.. My last chat was for them to mail me a bill but his better idea was to just directly email it to me. Asked me for my email address and said I would get it within 24hrs. That was 5 days ago and still haven't received it. Didn't occur until after our chat that he never even asked me any of my info to even locate my account. Didn't even ask for my last name, phone #, nothing. Seems very odd... Someone HAS to solve this issue because this is ridiculous! I'm a former Net10 customer and I gotta say I've never had a problem like this before.
