Good afternoon. I have a question regarding smart limits. My line is through my ex husband's plan, we recently split up, but are still legally married. I recently received a text stating that I have a smart limits on on my line, and that the free trial is ending soon. Come to find out, my husband added it to my line in order to cyberstalk me. There is a history of domestic violence (I apologize for the extra info here), and when he added it to my line, I had an active refrain from (harassment) restraining order stating that he cannot stalk me. When I added my line to his account, I did sign paperwork, so I'm assuming my name is on my account, but I'm not sure if that makes me an authorized user. I don't know what my options are at this point, but this is a scary situation and I'm very uncomfortable with it. As his spouse, I would assume I'd have some responsibility over my line, and would be permitted to remove smart limits, however, I called customer service and was told that he needed to call and have it removed himself, which is ridiculous, and unlikely. Unfortunately, I don't have the best credit, so opening my own account isn't an option at this time. Is there really nothing I can do about this?!
