Keeping on top of your bills is wonderful and when there is a discrepancy with our app such as this, we want to know. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
If you could please start by turning your phone off by holding the power and home key until the iPhone restarts. When it is back on make sure it has an AT&T signal and try the app again.
Lastly we do have a wonderful article which has steps to troubleshoot the myAT&T app. If after all the troubleshooting the app still displays the incorrect information, please let us know so we can forward it on to the relevant team.
