Hello @Giacantu83,

 

I’m sorry to hear you lost your phone.  On top of the lost phone, not being able to manage your account is troubling!  I would be happy to help you with this today.

 

We have a helpful article which explains how to manage your AT&T passwords, including resetting your password.  If you have already tried these steps without success, we may need to reset your password another way.
