Cell Phone billing, be included with my Land Line, Internet, and TV. I have UVERSE, but you bill

I want my Cell Phone to be billed by you to my UVERSE Bill, Home Phone, Internet and TCV.  I do not want to call it call your toll free line it is confusing, and the computer is dumbI forgot all my email addresses are messed up, and only one or works.
