I am sorry to hear you are also experiencing issues with your myAT&T account and viewing your usage online. I definitely understand how this can be an issue. I would be more than happy to provide more details for you.

 

If you are trying to see your data usage, one of the fastest ways is by using a star code. This can be accomplished by dialing *DATA# (*3282#) on your phone’s dial pad; after which you will receive a text message with the information.

 

You can also follow the steps below for a more detailed overview within your myAT&T account:

 

  1. Go to Usage.
  2. You will see an overview of your recent usage (since last bill).
  3. To view usage details by device, look in the Usage options section below the graph and select View data, text, and talk logs.
  4. Select a device from the Device drop-down.
  5. You can also change the Billing period to view past usage details. Up to 16 billing periods of usage logs are available.
  6. Select Data, Text, Talk, or Mobile Purchases from the View details by drop-down.

 

One very important item to keep in mind when it does come to usage updates. We do attempt to update your usage to your online account as quickly as we can, but in some circumstances usage information may be unavailable or delayed. We post recent data usage details (since your last bill) online after myAT&T receives this information, which can sometimes take two to five days.
