New Website - Major Issues AT&T can replicate no solution

I have had lots of issues this year with AT&T. 

 

My latest issue is I cannot add an authorized user to my account, despite the fact their website says I can add 7 more.  When I attempt to do this all of the boxes are grayed out and not assessable.  AT&T sent me a link to resolve this.  This link takes me back to the page I am having issues with.

 

This issue I can replicate not only on my PC but my Phone and Pad, so it is not exclusive to just the PC website.

 

One AT&T employee said that there was an issue with my account, so he transferred me.

 

The employee they transferred me to could replicate my issue.  She was not able to add an authorized user either.  She was able to replicate my issue 100%.  She looked for a workaround but was unable to find one.  She said she would file a report and someone might get back to me in 48 hours.

 

This is not acceptable in anyway.  I need this accomplished today!

 

I am a Software Engineer and a Senior Executive.  I would be ashamed of their "New" website and would pull it immediately - send it back for testing and back to the programs.  There would then be extensive testing before it would go back up.  Bad business practice on the part of AT&T, especially since their "Corporate" employees cannot even accomplish the task.
