Welcome to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you’re receiving an error when trying to setup online access, this is definitely odd! I will be more than happy to assist you with this.
This error could indicate you are trying to setup access for a business account. If you are, please register through AT&T Premier instead.
If you are trying to setup access to your wireless account and it’s not business, the error could be due to other reasons. I will send you a private message, in order to gather some additional information and get this resolved. Please check your Forum’s Inbox for this!
