I have not received an email since last Thursday (May 18). I called yesterday to check on their progress to a solution, but the rep told me there was an update occurring when I called, and that she wasn't able to access the computer during that time to look up my ticket. She said she would call back in a few hours after the update went through, but I haven't heard from her. Perhaps they have resolved the issue, but I would like to know for sure. I will call back tomorrow if I don't hear from them today.
