Hey @abd_salama,

 

It’s awesome to hear you’re interested in adding a new line to your account! I can definitely help out with this; we have a simple process which can be done online.

 

Follow these steps to add another line to your wireless account.

 

  1. At the top of the page, go to myAT&T > Wireless > Add a Device.
  2. Follow the prompts to select a new deviceaccessories, and features.
  3. Follow the prompts to add the device to your current plan OR select a new plan.
  4. From the shopping cart page, since you’re transferring a number from another provider, select the link Check eligibility and follow the prompts to continue.
  5. Follow the prompts to check out and submit your order.

Alternatively, this can be done at any AT&T store as well. You can click here to schedule an appointment in advance to reduce wait times. If your plans change, you can reschedule or cancel your existing appointment.
