It’s awesome to hear you’re interested in adding a new line to your account! I can definitely help out with this; we have a simple process which can be done online.
Follow these steps to add another line to your wireless account.
- At the top of the page, go to myAT&T > Wireless > Add a Device.
- Follow the prompts to select a new device, accessories, and features.
- Follow the prompts to add the device to your current plan OR select a new plan.
- From the shopping cart page, since you’re transferring a number from another provider, select the link Check eligibility and follow the prompts to continue.
- Follow the prompts to check out and submit your order.

Alternatively, this can be done at any AT&T store as well. You can click here to schedule an appointment in advance to reduce wait times. If your plans change, you can reschedule or cancel your existing appointment.
