Hey there @Kim419839!

 

Being able to view your paper bill is so helpful, and lets you stay on top of any possible changes.  I would be more than happy to assist!

 

If you have a new account, you might need to register a new Access ID in order to log in.  You can create a new one by checking out this online form.  Using either your AT&T phone number, or new account number, you can set up the new profile. 

 

Once you have the new Access ID confirmed, our online portal will let you view and pay your bill.  You can also get a PDF of the paper bill to save for your records.  Another awesome feature is being able to look at installment plans, or any other concerns with the account.

 

If you are unable to get the Access ID created, or the bill is not showing, I would be more than happy to help.  As your account security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us, I will be sending you a private message directly to your Forum’s Inbox.  I look forward to speaking with you!
