It's been more than 10 days. I have not been contacted, although I was told I would be by June 9. I can't view my bill or pay it. I'm traveling abroad. Can someone please assist me? I'm stuck in a loop when trying to log on. It says "we're almost there" and then it takes me back to the log on screen. I see others are having the same problem. What is your solution? I would really like to see my bill.
