I have been waiting since March for my switch refund on my two phones buy out. I havebeen to the ATT office twice and they submitted my final bill from Verizon for the buy out costs. I was notified I didn't have all the information (the same as many others on the community forum) On my second visit to ATT, the lady said there's no sense in re-submitting, because she had already submitted them. I then decided to mail copies of the final bills and highlighted everything that was necessay to receive my refund to AT&T Resubmissions Dept 16-92449! That was on May 22, 2017. To date I have not heard one single word about this. If I do not hear soon, I will be contacting the Better Business Burauon this matter
