I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with myAT&T app. I will be more than happy to assist!
If the problem only occurs with the application, please try clearing its cache and data. To do this, go to Settings> Apps> All apps> myAT&T app> Storage> clear Cache and data.
If this doesn’t rectify the issue, you will want to uninstall the application and then re-install the most current version.
