I am a new customer and I have never been able to login into My AT&T app or online. I keep receiving this error message "A temporary system error prevents us from locating your account information right now. This type of problem usually lasts for a few minutes but may continue for several hours. For help right now, please contact us." I want to be able to login in view my account, view my bill, view the due date of my bill, etc. Please urgently assist.
