Re: AT&T app saying technical difficulties when trying to open

Thank you for checking the software update on your device, deleting the app and reinstalling. Those steps are definitely the first path to take in this case! After doing some research, I have reached out to our Digital Assistance Center and they have confirmed this is a known issue. We definitely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I assure you we are working on finding a resolution. At this time, we recommend using a web browser to access your account information.
