The MY ATT website (I use a desktop) is a disaster is right! I added several new AT&T services and now I can't access my wireless account which I've had for years! I even tried to combine log-ons and it turned into a disaster; it doesn't recognize the answers to my security questions when I tried to reset my password and I've spent hours (yes, hours -- it is now almost 4:00 am!) trying to search within "My AT&T" for simply "Manage my wireless account" or "Access My Wireless Account," but it takes me everywhere but to there! It typically brings me to an Entertainment page or to new phones and the like. All the heck I want to do is look at my account and data usage and pay my bill. Next, they'll be telling me I'm late. You are so correct -- this website is really, really AWFUL!
