Re: family talk online problems

This issue still has not been resolved I have contacted at&t support a few times now and was only told they will get back to me. I am really upset I have been a loyal cutomer since 2005. This is horrible when purchasing the new line I was in person with the sails guy and specifically explained to them what I wanted but they are trying to screw me anyway.

Please don't assume that someone is doing this to you on purpose. Mistakes can happen. A similar situation happened to me when I added a 5th line to my family talk plan. I was on a grandfathered plan that only allowed 4 lines, so in order to add a 5th line, I needed to switch to a current family talk plan. It was the same cost, just less minutes but I went ahead and switched in order to add the 5th line. When the line got added, it showed up as a separate line on a second family talk plan. It took several calls to CS to get fixed but it was finally fixed. Please give them a chance to fix it, I'm sure they will.
