Greetings @Nachomvigo,
Not being able to access your device is never a great experience to have. I’ve been locked out of my device before, so I can relate to how you feel. No need to worry, you’ve come to the right place for help. This way you will be able to regain access to your phone.
If you currently have an Android device, there is also a great feature which will allow you to manage your device. Most Android devices come with an option to recover through Android Device Manager. On this website, you will be able to remotely ring, lock, or erase the content on your phone.
If the Google password does not unlock your phone, in this case you would need to erase all files to override the password option. Another great way to get this done would be directly on your phone. Please Power your phone completely off. Once phone is off, at the same time press and hold the Power, Volume, and Home Buttons for at least 15 seconds. You will be directed to a screen which shows “Android Recovery Mode”.
The next step would be to use the Volume Button to “Wipe Data/ Factory Reset”. It will take to another page to select “Yes” or “No.” Please be sure to select “Yes”. This process will take no longer than a minute to complete. On the bottom of your phone screen, you will see Factory Reset completed. Lastly, select Reboot. The device will be prompted to the set up screen.
With any iPhone device, Apple has a great article on If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPhone, or iPod touch. By clicking onto the link, you will be directed to a page with step by step instructions on how to recover your passcode.
I hope the information provide helps! Have an amazing rest of your day!
