Re: Can't fix their own issue with system error for past 10 days?

On initial login the account (incorrectly) displays a choice of TWO plans. When selecting the first plan I get the error:

 

We had a problem displaying your plan info. Select refresh to try again.

 

When I refresh the web page, however, the choice reduces to the correct single plan, though the pricing appears off since it does not contain the Next cost of the new smartphone I upgraded one of the lines to.

 

Anyway, I'm posting to this thread because it appears there are other things going wrong with line upgrades and web page displays.
