I had this as well.  As long as you have confirmed this in your AT&T online account, no worries.  You can always call 611 and confirm with an rep.I do hope AT&T recognizes this bug and notifies...

You do have the option to give them a "View" only access, so they could see their individual usage but cannot make any changes to the account.

Maybe clear out your cookies and cache.  Could be an isolated IE9 issue.  You could put the URL in your "Safe" zone so IE9 will load cookies and java correctly 100% of the time.

Forwarding text

Is there anyway to forward a text like I would a call so that I can have a copy of text messages just in case I accidentally delete one again??

Once a text is deleted, it is gone foreve.Once you receive a text, it can be forwarded to another phone, or you can copy and paste into an email an email it to your email account.
