Usage showing incorrect data usage

The last day of my cycle was February 2. My account has not registered that a new cycle has started. I have a 30GB plan. There is no way I used all 30GB plus overage in 2 days. My device says I've only used roughly 3.5GB. There is obviously a mistake here. How do I get this information to display correctly? Otherwise I'm screwed till March.
